Dividend Policy & Payment
The Company has dividend policy to pay
to shareholders at the rate at least 40% of the net profit after deduction
of corporate income tax and reserve fund amounts as stipulated by law. Notwithstanding, the dividend payment
is subject to change depending on the investment plans, liquidity, necessities and other factors of suitability in
the future. The resolution of the Board of Directors to pay dividend shall be proposed to the shareholders’ Meeting
approval. For interim dividend, the Board of Directors may resolve to pay interim dividend without shareholders’
approval but must notify the shareholders at the next meeting.
